GoBear goes mobile-first and wins big

In collaboration with Facebook, we helped GoBear test mobile-first video creatives against their static ads for their market in Bangkok.

The Goal

Increase engagement of their ads by testing performance of video ads against static ones. The main objective for GoBear was to reduce the Cost-of-Sales while driving more leads through higher CTR.

Challenge

GoBear relied heavily on static assets and lacked video assets and the capability to optimize their creatives to perform better on mobile and social media platforms.

The Solution

As a cost-effective solution VMG Digital repurposed existing assets by applying the Static-to-motion framework and transformed GoBear’s images into mobile-first video creatives that would capture audience’s attention and drive action.
